EXA Gymnastic Athletes:  Register for AAU Membership


All Recreational and Competitive EXA Gymnastic Athletes must have an AAU Membership in order to compete.  AAU Membership runs each year from September 1st through August 31st.


  • Go to

  • Select "Join AAU"

  • Select "Get a Membership" then "Register for Youth Athlete Membership"

  • Enter your number and expiration date in the registration form and email this info to:


EXA Cheer Athletes:  Register for USASF Membership


All Competitive EXA Cheer Athletes must have an USASF or AAU Membership in order to compete.  

The annual Athlete Membership fee is $30 for all athletes.  Check with  the front desk about which membership is required before purchasing.


Pay Online


Upon registration you will be required to enter your credit card information.  Your credit card will be automatically deducted for your monthly tuition on the 25th of every month..  


Please Note

  • Payment must be received online at time of registration.

  • If for some reason your card is unable to be processed, you will be notified via email in which you will have 24 hours to make payment.

  • Failure to make payment will result in your child not being dropped from class until tuition and the is paid.

  • All memberships must be in to EXA before you can begin class.


Make-ups & Withdrawing from Class
  • The gym will be closed for all major Holidays, Spring Break, and Christmas Break following the ECASD and SDMA calendars.  Since class fees are based on a 4 week month and some months have 5 weeks, missed classes are built-in to your fees.

  • Should you miss a class due to illness, conflict, or a snow day, you may make it up with a similar class offered during that week or come two times the next week as long as you are a registered member in the current session and your requested class has openings.  Please let the front desk know or send us an email at

  • Punch cards expire after the session purchased has ended. 

  • Should you wish to withdraw from your classes at EXA Sports, you must fill out a drop form at the front desk TWO WEEKS before the desired drop date.  Fees are posted to your account automatically each month and will continue until we are notified that you are withdrawing.

  • Refunds will not be given for scheduled gym closures or for weather related incidents or failure to withdraw.  Refunds will only be given for billing errors or should we cancel a class.
